Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are based on weight please see at checkout.

Free Delivery

Free delivery is available on UK mainland orders over £60.

Order Dispatch Time

Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text once your order has been dispatched.

Couriers Used

We use only use DPD, Royal Mail and Parcelforce for all UK mainland deliveries.

Return Postage Costs

Please note that return postage costs are not free of charge and a charge will apply. The cost will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your return and will be confirmed once your return request has been approved.

Delivery Delays

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by DPD, Royal Mail or Parcelforce once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier service.

Non-Delivered Items

Non-delivered items that are returned to us (for example due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery) will be treated as a return. Return postage costs will apply.
